At Antique Automobile Radio, Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 6 months of the delivery date and must have been purchased directly from Antique Automobile Radio Inc.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, like-new condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, documentation, and accessories included, plus the original proof of purchase.
- If purchased through a 3rd Party, you must contact that dealer for their return policy.
Process
- Contact our customer service team at Support@radiosforoldcars.com or by calling 727-785-8733 to initiate a return.
- Provide the serial number, product details, and reasons for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Inspection Process
- Upon receipt, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the product meets the like-new condition criteria.
- If the product fails to meet these conditions, the customer will be notified, and the return may be rejected or subject to charges for the damages or missing items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- The returned item must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any damage due to shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exceptions
- This policy does not cover returns and replacements for products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
