Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 6 months of delivery and must have been purchased directly from Antique Automobile Radio Inc.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, like-new condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, documentation, and accessories included, plus the original proof of purchase. 
  • If purchased through a 3rd Party, you must contact that dealer for their return policy.

Process

  • Contact our customer service team at Support@radiosforoldcars.com or call 727-785-8733 to initiate a return.
  • Provide the serial number, product details, and reasons for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Inspection Process

  • Upon receipt, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the product meets the like-new condition criteria.
  • If the product fails to meet these conditions, the customer will be notified, and the return may be rejected or subject to charges for the damages or missing items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • The returned item must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by shipping.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exceptions

  • This policy does not cover returns and replacements for products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
